ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Casper Jaspers is a tech entrepreneur and a corporate lawyer. He is a guest lecturer in the New Board Program (Nyenrode Business University) and a lecturer at the Centre for Professional Legal Education (CPO).
In 2017 Casper co-authored a leading book on Dutch corporate governance (Handboek Voorzitter, Mediawerf, 2017).
